{tears of happiness i swear. it has been so long since i've seen mountains!}
we arrived in santiago around 10:00 am and after a run in with customs (a girl on our trip forgot to claim her honey...a $200 woops), 3 hours of waiting around in the airport, and an hour bus ride, we finally made it to our new home, vina del mar.

i am extremely lucky to have been placed with an amazing host family. i already feel at home thanks to mi madre gloria, mi padre luis y mi hermana francisca.
{my room: i have a television with banda ancha (cable) & the bed is SOOO comfortable.}
